The Study On The Party Spirit Education In The Party School Of The Yunnan Provincial Party Committee

To achieve the goal of "two hundred years" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,"Chinese Dream" cannot be achieved without a contingent of high-quality Party members and cadres.Our party has always attached importance to party spirit education among party-member cadres,especially after the 18th National Party Congress,when the "eight provisions" were promulgated,a high pressure situation of "strictly administering the party" took shape.The convening of the 19th National Congress and the revision of the Party Constitution have even pushed the standards and party spirit requirements of Communist Party members to a new height.Yunnan,as a southwest frontier province that is urgently needed to speed up its development,is facing the present situation that the political quality of the cadre contingent in our province is not optimistic.Facing the Central Party Committee's request for Yunnan cadres to be "loyal,clean,and responsible",there is an urgent need to train a number of high party spirit,high quality,high level of party members and cadres.As the position of training leading cadres and theoretical backbone in Yunnan Province,the Party School of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee plays an important role in the theoretical education and party spirit education of cadres.The education and training of Party Schools mainly focus on two aspects,one is the theoretical education of the Party,the other is the education of Party spirit.There is a lot of research on theoretical education,but few involved in party spirit education,which is the core content of party school education throughout the whole teaching and managing process.At present,there is no specific and quantifiable assessment index for party spirit education,which adds difficulty to my research,but I am trying to analyze it with its contents including the theory of party spirit education,enrollment education,on-site teaching,case teaching,organizational activities,party spirit analysis,so as to build a basic framework of party spirit education,and then make research and exposition.The innovation of this paper lies in taking the Yunnan Provincial Party School as an example for the first time to analyze the content and actual effect of the party spirit education of the party members and cadres,explore a more scientific way as well as work mode of party spirit education from the angle of the party school,which is the main body of the party spirit education.Starting from the background and significance of the research,this paper introduces the research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the party spirit education,expounds the connotation of the party spirit,the party spirit education and the party spirit education in the party school.This paper reviews the situation of the party school of the Yunnan provincial party committee in carrying out the work of the party nature education,analyzes on the problems existing in the party school of the Yunnan provincial party committee and their causes,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the problems existing in the party education work of the party school of the Yunnan provincial party committee,to explore a new model for the construction of party spirit education.
