Research On Party Spirit Education Work In Party Schools In The New Era

Party spirit education is not only a required course for the Chinese Communists to cultivate themselves,but also a "mind learning" for them.Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to party spirit education and accumulated rich historical experience and theoretical achievements.In the "opinions of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening and improving Party school work under the new situation" issued in December 2015,it is proposed to strengthen the discipline construction of party spirit education.Party schools at all levels should strengthen the party spirit education,increase the weight and arrange the time,so as to form a complete theoretical and practical training system of party spirit education.According to the idea of "thought carding historical experience existing problems and reasons countermeasure research",this paper summarizes the efforts made by the Communist Party of China in party spirit education in Party schools since the founding of the party.Based on the current situation of party spirit education in Party schools,it combs out the problems and reasons of party spirit education in Party schools,To explore ways to strengthen and improve Party spirit education in Party schools at all levels in the new era,and promote the development of party spirit education towards scientific content,diversified methods and systematic management.The first part of the paper combs the basic connotation of the party spirit education of the Party School in the new era,deeply analyzes the basic principles of the party spirit education of the Party School in the new era,and studies the main contents of the party spirit education of the Party School in the new era.The second part summarizes the history of party spirit education in the Party school since the founding of the party and the experience and enlightenment,and presents the current development status and system outline of party spirit education in the Party school.The third part combs the achievements of party spirit education in Party schools since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,as well as the main problems and reasons.The fourth part from the top-level design of party spirit education,content system,methods,education management four aspects,studies the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the party spirit education in the Party School under the new situation.
