Study On Administrative Law Enforcement Of Urban Management

Administrative law enforcement of urban management plays an active role in maintaining the appearance of the city.However,with the development of cities and the expansion of management areas,urban management and administrative law enforcement are faced with a series of problems,which have become the "stumbling block" affecting administrative law enforcement.This paper analyzes the problems,finds out the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures from five aspects.First,it explains the necessity of writing this paper from the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and innovations.Second of all,the city management,administrative law enforcement,and introduces the concept of administrative law enforcement of urban management,and public choice theory,the harmonious society theory and new public service theory applied to the urban management of administrative law enforcement work.Third,this part in taiyuan district,for example,from organization,system,process,content,team five point of this paper introduces the basic situation,and discusses the working style and outlaw encroachments,dismantle the neo-treasure hill,the construction site supervision results,analyses the existing problems and the team construction lags behind,the law enforcement process specification,content is not clear,simple law enforcement means extensive.Fourth,deeply analyzes the reason for the existence of the problem:legal protection is not in place,the internal and external supervision and ineffective,enroll training efforts is not big,the law enforcement idea to be innovative and law enforcement environment is not very good.Fifth,put forward the countermeasures to improve the level of urban management administrative law enforcement,mainly including strengthening the legal construction of urban management administrative law enforcement;Improve the administrative law enforcement mechanism of urban management by improving the coordination mechanism and guarantee mechanism of administrative law enforcement.Strengthen the construction of urban law enforcement management team by improving the access standard of urban management law enforcement team and improving the professional quality of law enforcement team.Improve the supervision system of urban management administrative law enforcement by strengthening internal supervision and rebuilding external supervision;Through the adoption of high technology,the introduction of social credit system,the strengthening of law enforcement procedures to build innovative urban management administrative law enforcement methods and a good urban management law enforcement environment.
