Since the 1980 s,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the level of urbanization has been constantly improved,urban areas have been expanding,more and more land expropriation and expanding demolition area have led to the loss of land for farmers,a large number of influx into the city,and the resulting urban management problems have become increasingly complex.The number of urban management law enforcement personnel is affected by many factors,such as the establishment and policy can not meet the actual needs of law enforcement,so a considerable part of the daily inspection and management responsibilities are actually undertaken by urban management assistants.However,in recent years,the violence law enforcement by the urban management team members has been frequently reported in the newspapers,and the official has always made it public as a result of "assistant managers beating people and dealing with them seriously".Urban management assistant personnel is one of the important parts of urban management.How to improve their team building and give full play to their ability has an important impact on the reform and promotion of urban management law enforcement in Hohhot.In this paper,the author first gives out a questionnaire to investigate the basic situation,salary and treatment,and future planning of the assistant staff in the city of Hohhot.n n n through statistical analysis,summed up some problems in the management of urban management assistants in Hohhot,such as: work offside dislocation,lack of perfect system;weak professional awareness,lack of protection of rights and interests;power rent-seeking exposure,lack of prevention mechanisms and other issues.through personal practice,questionnaire and consulting some reference materials and other methods to study and explore the reasons for the management of urban management assistants in Hohhot,by drawing on the management experience of Beijingand Shenzhen,from the sound laws and regulations,standardize the way of employment;improve the security mechanism,enhance professional recognition And honor;improve the salary growth mechanism,strengthen personnel education and supervision put forward suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the problem of assistant staff management of urban management in Hohhot.
