Research On The "go Globally" Strategy Implementation Of Private Enterprises Led By Yunnan Federation Of Industry And Commerce

The "go globally" strategy is a great strategic decision and deployment of China.In the process of implementing the "go globally" strategy,Yunnan has the unique geographic advantages.As a chamber of commerce,Yunnan Federation of Industry and Commerce plays the roles of people-to-people diplomacy,bridges and bonds,coordination,conversation and rights of poly.However,as a chamber of commerce with Chinese characteristics,the efficiency of leading private enterprises to implement the "go globally" strategy depends on implementers,and also relies on the support of the government to the Federation of Industry and Commerce(hereafter referred as "FIC"),as well as the involvement of private enterprises to the "go globally" strategy.The issues such as the ideological constraints,the difficulty of capital projects,the lack of service awareness and the delay of management exist when Yunnan Federation of Industry and Commerce are leading the private enterprises to implement the "go globally" strategy.There are internal factors and external factors for it.The internal factor is the dual compound identity of FIC and the defect of its own ability.The external factor is that the law does not clearly define the status of FIC,the government does not support the federation of industry and commerce enough,and private enterprises do not have a strong sense of identity and its belonging to the federation.Under the new situation of China's economic and social development and globalization,Yunnan Federation of Industry and Commerce should give full play to the advantages of chamber of commerce organization,speed up the legislation of chamber of commerce organization,strive for government streamlining administration and delegating power,and clarify the main position of the "go globally".In internal construction,we should strengthen the ability to provide club products,expand the chamber of commerce,and establish the support system for large enterprises and large projects;,the human resources support system and the civil dispute settlement mechanism to explore the new mode of the "go globally" led by FIC,and establish a new image of the "go globally" and opening up for private enterprises in Yunnan Province.
