A Study Of New Professional Farmers' Value Orientation In New Epoch

In the end of 2013,Chairman Xi proposed a question of "Who should plough".In the following four years,The new professional farmer who pays attention to science and technology and modernization consciousness has been demonstrated from the point of demonstration to the full scale and has now become a new type of labor force.In the process of comprehensively promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era,the value orientation of the new professional farmers and how to guide them are of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting rural revitalization and construction and solving the "three rural issues."This paper investigated the new professional farmers' value orientation from different perspectives and levels with new professional farmers in Taigu being a representative group,by virtue of the theoretical support of both changes of society and views of value,Marx's theory of Humanism,and words of Chinese leaders and research methods of questionnaire and interview.The results suggested that the current new professional farmers' value orientation is positive if taken as a whole.However,it also contains negative side.From the positive perspective,new professional farmers deepen the awareness of independence and openness,face marriage and birth more objectively,rationalize consuming and entertainment,and intensify the view of educational knowledge;from the negative perspective,their ideals and belief are vaguer and the views of ethics and virtues degenerate.Through analyzing the influence of their value orientation in macroscopic,intermediate and microscopic ways,we found different reasons from the three levels.The macroscopic level stresses on the influence of the informationalized internet and the impact of western social trend of thought;the intermediate level involves the help of our government on supporting the agriculture and the lag of ideological and political works in the countryside;the microscopic level contributes to the quality of farmers themselves and the existence of traditional imprints.At last,to solve these problems,we should take the socialism core value as the main thread of leading new professional farmers forming a rational value orientation.Besides,five powers should also become more systematical and comprehensive,which are the enhancement and propulsion of the government,publicity and leading of mass media,the cultural radiation of enterprise and institution,demonstration of typical examples and models,and subjective initiative of farmers,go to work together.Only in this way,we can help new professional farmers establish correct and scientific values.
