Studies on the Spiritual Culture Building Problem of Young Staff focus on thought tendency and social mental change in young staffin time.It could track and warn contradictive emotion in working system pre-cautiously,provide reference for leaders' decision and offer accordance for party activities by units in the new situation.It is beneficial to promote unification of spiritual culture and strategic development in young staff of enterprises,to guide young staff to practice group culture,to form opening and competitive emotion in the young,to stimulate their potential creating power and to build positive spiritual pillar in young generation.On the base of studying strategic achievements and practical experience at home and abroad,from five dimensions:professional ethics construction,situation task education,value concept education,mental health maintenance and advanced model publicity,I write questionnaire survey to learn the spiritual culture building of young staff in state-owned enterprises in Jinzhou.Though getting effects by conducting cultivation activities and carrying out stimulation project,there are still some problems.That is:singleness of constructing subject,ignorance of mental health maintenance,not abundance of constructing carrier,imperfectness of value concept cultivation.The reason is that party-mass not playing a role in spiritual culture building,company leaders regarding economy building asdominant idea,input shortage of spiritual culture building and ignorance of occupation value cultivation.Abiding by new spirit and newrequirements put forward by 18th Communist Party of China National Congress,from features of spiritual culture building of young staff in state-owned enterprises in Jinzhou,I attempt to seek measures for spiritual culture building.By inductiveness and conclusion,I put forward four measures.That is to increase input and focus,persuade young staff in mental health growth,cultivate occupation value concept with some lifting modes and broaden spiritual culture building subject.
