With the rapid development of information technology,the traditional military warehouse cannot meet the requirement of modern war is high precision,fast.So,rapidly improve military warehouse automation level has become the important task of the construction of ordnance store systematization.In this thesis,on the basis of in-depth study of RFID technology,according to the real demand of army equipment material warehouse based on RFID is proposed three-dimensional warehouse stacker control system design scheme,main research content includes:the automation of warehouse and planning to do the general introduction,and the stacker has carried on the thorough analysis and research.Through analyzing the working flow of stacker,puts forward the overall control scheme of stereo warehouse system,using the computer as the host management system,USES the programmable logic controller PLC as the control device stacking the chance.In this paper,the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)is analyzed,RFID deployment scheme is given.After completing the hardware design,on the basis of modular program design method,using the Siemens Step7 programming software of PLC program,make the system achieve the automatic and manual control directly.According to the actual needs of the management system,also design using the RFID electronic tag for information management of warehouse equipment supplies.With the improved genetic optimization algorithm,optimize the warehouse equipment material dispatch path.First analyzed based on the characteristics of stacker pickup,minimizing the four shelves pickup time resolution to minimize each shelf pickup time,and then according to the characteristics of the shelf to the coding of genetic algorithm,and data decoding,crossover,mutation and convergence condition to carry on the design,then USES the genetic algorithm for automated stereoscopic warehouse stacker pickup problem solving,pickup is good order.Through the system design,the simulation analysis,completed the design of the control system of three-dimensional warehouse stacker,and on the management of the equipment material to verify the effectiveness of the genetic algorithm,for the implementation of the stereo warehouse system laid a solid foundation.
