With the rapid development of social economy,China's urbanization rate has increased significantly.Statistical projections show that by 2025,70%of the country's population will live in cities and towns.Population agglomeration brings great pressure to urban health construction,To build a good urban environment,there is no doubt that the municipal governments are highly concerned about it.The improvement of urban health level not only improves living environment,eliminates diseases and improves health level of residents,but also improves production and investment environment,attracts investment resources and promotes social and economic development.Establishing a national health city was initiated by the National Patriotic Health Association in 1989 in accordance with the national conditions of urban development in China,and the health city was selected nationwide.In the past 40 years,more than 200 cities have been rated as national health cities.But there are still some industrial cities and underdeveloped small and medium-sized cities whose health construction is relatively backward.Industrial pollution and dirty appearance are still the persistent diseases of cities.On the Background of Actively Creating National Health Cities in the New Era,Creating a national health city is a rare opportunity for these cities and also a challenge facing many difficulties.This paper takes L city as a case study to study the ways and methods of establishing national health city by industrial city.From the traditional model of city appearance transformation to the exploration of measures more in line with the establishment and management of national health cities.Strategies of Building a National Health City by Integrating Culture and Health.This paper first points out the significance of establishing a national health city for an industrial city.This paper systematically combs and analyses the current situation of the establishment and management of national health cities in China.Point out the conteint and method of research.Define the concepts of national health city,industrial city,cultural and health integration construction,Based on New Public Theory,Fine Management Theory and Cultural Industry Theory.Taking L city as an example to establish a national health city,Through the comparative analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional establishment model,and through SWOT analysis,the internal conditions and external factors of L city in the aspects of health,civilization and cultural construction are analyzed.Finally,the relevant suggestions and Countermeasures for the integration of culture and health are put forward.It has reference significance for other industrial cities to establish national health cities.
