Study On The Development Of Government-promoted Health Care Industry In Huai’an City Of Jiangsu Province

With the rapid development of the national economy and the significant improvement of residents’ living standards,the public’s demand for the health care industry is increasing day by day.In developed countries,the health care industry has become an important industry to promote national economic growth.However,China’s health care industry is still in the early stage of development,with a huge space for development.At present,China is vigorously promoting the comprehensive development of the health care industry and building a comprehensive and reasonable industrial system.With unique natural resources and cultural conditions,Huai’an city is very suitable for the development of the health care industry.It is of great theoretical and practical value to study the development of the health care industry in Huai’an.In 2016,Huai’ an city issued the health care Industry Development Plan for Huai’an city,which provides a strong theoretical guidance for the city’s industrial development within five years.With the strong support of the government,the local health care industry development plan for the elderly has achieved remarkable results since its implementation.However,there are few studies on the development of the health care and pension industry in Huai’an city.This paper hopes to make up for these problems.By studying the basic advantages,industrial policies,market demands and industry development of the health care industry in Huai’an city,this paper understands the basic industrial structure and development system formed by the health care industry in Huai’an city.However,there are still many problems in the development of the health care industry in Huai’an city,such as lacks of planning and guidance for the development of the health care industry,drawbacks of the comprehensive government management system,lacks of in-depth mining of health care industry chain,and insufficient personnel training in the health care industry.The existence of these problems will not only have a negative impact on the development of the health care industry in Huai’ an,but also affect the overall competitiveness of the industry.In order to promote development of Huai’an health care industry,solve the problems facing in the process of industrial development,based on the theory of related industries,through the method of literature research,statistical analysis and comparative study,combined with the development status of the local health care industry in Huai’ an,this paper analyzes the development status of the health care industry in Huai’an city,so as to explore the feasible development path of the health care industry.This paper gives to five practical suggestions,such as accelerating environmental construction for the development of the health care industry,improving the comprehensive management system for the development of the health care industry,improving the level of services suitable for the development of the health care industry,promoting resource aggregation and synergy in the development of the health care industry,and paying more attention to the cultivation of talents in the health care industry.The paper is expected to provide some help for the development of health care industry in Huai’an city.
