In order to actively respond to the call of the national"Internet +",government departments at all levels have established a E-government platform for facilitating the people,which is used to display the regional image and standardize the workflow.Zhuoni County is located in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province.Compared with the developed areas in eastern China,the level of informatization is relatively backward.With the improvement of the communication infrastructure,the Internet has become the main way for the masses to understand the latest policies and news of the country.In areas with inconvenient transportation,the masses hope that the local government can provide convenient online service.At the same time,government workers need an easy-to-operate internal office system to improve the efficiency of transferring files and messages,sending meeting notifications,and more.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a new Zhuoni County E-government platform to solve the problems of difficult maintenance of the single structure,cumbersome business process,and low accessibility of the concurrent,so that the local government can more easily understand the people's livelihood,listen to the public opinion,and improve work efficiency.This paper aims at rapidly responding to demand,agile development and testing,and building a highly available system.It uses micro-service architecture to develop the system by the separation of front-end and back-end.It uses Vue.js as the front-end framework,Spring Boot as the back-end framework.Spring Cloud is used to construct micro-services quickly,and Docker container is used to deploy micro-services,so as to realize the upgrading of Zhuoni County E-government Platform.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.This paper studies the development status of E-government platform at home and abroad,makes a detailed analysis of the needs of Zhuoni County's E-government platform,and establishes the database of Zhuoni County's E-government platform.The system is designed and implemented by using micro-service architecture,which is used to deal with many relatively independent businesses in the government platform.2.The main function modules of the government affairs platform are designed and implemented,including user management module,news dynamic module,conference notification module,registration module,internal office module,and government-citizen interaction module.The functions of online office,news display,online service and government-citizen interaction are realized,which facilitates paperless office and online affairs processing by county departments.3.Build a complete basic micro-service,including gateway micro-services,service registration center,distributed configuration center,distributed service tracking,etc.,to achieve service authentication,routing and forwarding,service management,configuration management and link tracking.In order to improve the efficiency of system fault resolution,centralized management of each microservice log is required,and a unified log management platform is implemented by using the ELK log collection management architecture.4.Aiming at the inefficiency of traditional meeting notification,conference notification service provides online meeting notification function,which can automatically count the voice reception of notification and the details of short message reply,and reduce staff duplication of work.When the statistics of meeting notification are finished,the seating schedule is automatically generated according to the content of the short message reply,the position of participants and the room of meeting.And the manual modification function is also provided to make the seating arrangement more flexible.5.In order to cope with the increasing number of accesses to the system,external caching is added to reduce direct access to the database;business processes are decomposed and some operations can be executed asynchronously by using message middleware;instances of micro services are added in the system deployment phase;concurrency capability of Zhuoni county information government platform is enhanced.
