In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous development of information technology,the construction of smart cities has become the basis of urban construction.In the construction of smart cities,building informationized communities is particularly important.Compared with informationized communities,traditional communities have certain shortcomings.For example,a large amount of residents' information is difficult to efficiently manage,and the statistics of floating population are not comprehensive;community departments have low work efficiency and unclear division of functions,which easily leads to problems such as untimely and incomplete solutions.The information platforms of the existing information communities often use two-dimensional GIS technology,which cannot truly display the community scenes,resulting in the inability to make full use of community information.At the same time,these information platforms are based on the C/S model,and need to install the corresponding software in the computer and configure them before they can be used,which is not conducive to the maintenance and update of community information.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a solution that combines 3D GIS technology and grid management,and designs and implements a 3D GIS grid community system based on the B/S model.This plan combines 3D GIS technology to build a grid community management system,which not only has spatial analysis and visualization functions,but also manages community data and realizes informationized community management.The system implemented according to this scheme can concentrate audio,video,three-dimensional maps and other content on the same web page to show the community more abundantly.This article first summarizes the research background and significance of the selected topics and the current research status,and analyzes the theoretical basis and related technologies involved in the system.Among them,the grid conversion algorithm,the three-dimensional GIS framework Cesium,the microservice framework Spring Cloud,and the The OOC algorithm and model loading scheduling involved in the process of building a 3D map by Cesium.Secondly,in order to solve the problems of bloated traditional single system architecture and maintenance difficulties,this paper combines the results of a full investigation of a certain area,from the aspects of 3D GIS model construction,spatial analysis,data visualization,etc.,to build a grid community information system based on 3D GIS.The system uses the emerging microservice architecture Spring Cloud as the overall framework,Spring Boot + Mybatis + Bootstrap as the basic framework,and the realization of the three-dimensional map adopts the open source GIS framework Cesium.Finally,the function and performance test of the platform verified the integrity of the system.In summary,by combining the three-dimensional GIS framework Cesium with the grid management model,the three-dimensional community system established in this article can not only save costs and shorten the construction period,but also a new way to quickly build an informationized community at this stage.This program can be applied to community planning,information system management,smart cities,etc.,and become a powerful assistant to enterprises and government departments.
