Since 2016,with the vigorous development of the Internet industry in China,the webcast industry has developed and expanded.In the process of rapid development,there are also some problems in the webcast industry.Live broadcast chaos to the society and the network caused a very bad negative impact.Network broadcast has been described as a new"tuyere"for the development of the Internet economy.The government has issued a series of laws and regulations,some of which have little effect.Therefore,this paper will focus on the problems existing in the webcast industiy,analyze the causes of frequent chaos,and affect the supervision of the webcast industry.The influence factors of the effect and the constructive countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide some material enlightenment for the standardization of the webcast industiy in order to alleviate the difficult problem of direct broadcast supervision and to promote the national network security and healthy and orderly development.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the regulation,regulatory policies and regulations and the achievements of the regulation of the webcast industry in China.Secondly,taking the high representative Momo live broadcast platform as an example,the development course and the main supervision mode of the Momo live broadcast platform are discussed in depth.Finally,the questionnaire of webcast users is arranged,and the specific data are analyzed.Secondly,according to the results of questionnaire data analysis,the problems and the causes of the problems are discussed.The investigation results show that there are four main problems in this platform:the implementation effect of government supervision,laws and regulations is not ideal,the self-discipline degree of the platform is not enough,the anchorman qualification review is loose and the anchorman credit sharing mechanism needs to be improved.Watching the user words and deeds is not binding.The reasons for the above four main problems are as follows:lack of authoritative supervision law,lack of standard of punishment for illegal behavior,weak force of supervision team,and need to be improved in supervision technology;The platform does not perform the supervision duty seriously,the netizen reports the enthusiasm to need to promote;the supervision loophole is many The mechanism of supervision and security is not perfect.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of government supervision.As the main body of supervision,the government maintains the green development of the webcast industry by perfecting the responsibility mechanism,innovating the supervision technology,guiding the promotion of the platform's self-discipline ability,promoting positive energy and actively promoting the full-network real-name system.In addition,the government actively plays the main role of supervision,joint live broadcast platform,network anchor,watching users work together to create a green live environment.
