The Study Of Psychological Test Technology Under States Supervision System

After the reform of the supervisory system,the duty-related crime investigative authority of the procuratorate has been transferred to supervisory organs.Although the appearance is different,the essence is still the same,and the problems still exist.Therefore,the author believes that no matter what kind of investigation,the core of confession is regarded as"attack the heart",that is,psychological game.As a result of the problems just mentioned,in order to obtain confessions more effectively and as evidence,the author proposes that psychological testing technology can be used to help supervisory organs obtain confessions under the supervision system.In order to prove the theoretical basis of the feasibility of psychological testing technology,this paper introduces the concept of psychological testing technology and its past and now,and expounds the scientific attributes of psychological testing technology from three aspects:psychology,physiology and computer science.At the same time,the author selected 13 duty-related cases conducted by the procuratorate from 2014 to 2015 for empirical analysis,focusing on the test method such as STIM,POT,CQT,and selected the corresponding question groups and test graphs,using data and maps to demonstrate the scientificity and accuracy of the test method.In terms of accuracy,this paper also analyzes the influence of the three main variables of hardware equipment,tester and testee,as well as the five secondary variables of environment,interventional time,forced consciousness,dialects and action on accuracy,so as to provide data basis for improving accuracy.At last,this article discusses the caption and legal space of psychological testing technology,suggests that the technology should be defined as the evidence category of"expert opinion".And then,its evidence value and the suppression of technical defects are also written in the chaper of the legal ragution.
