Research On The Innovation Of The Model Of "Building National Unity And Progress"

The establishment of national unity and progress starts at the grass-roots level and develops at the grass-roots level,which is an important grasp of solving ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics.At present,the proportion of ethnic minorities in urbanization is increasing,and the status of urban ethnic work is becoming more and more prominent.How to better integrate ethnic minorities into urban communities,and how to innovate the mode of "three-in-one" which integrates autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue,provide us with new ideas and methods.Based on the discipline theory and perspective of Marxist ethnic theory and policy,using the method of multidisciplinary comprehensive research,on the basis of field investigation and case analysis,taking the national unity and progress thought of the leaders of the Communist Party of China in successive dynasties and the historical experience of Guangxi in the cause of national unity and progress as the ideological basis,this paper discusses the basic-level governance thought of "three-in-one" and "national unity and progress".This paper probes into the interactive relationship of "Creation",and then tries to put forward a new vision of the establishment of national unity and progress,that is,the "Three Rules in One" model.It also inspects the establishment of national unity and progress of Y community,a typical multi-ethnic community in Nanning,and excavates the practice of the establishment of national unity and progress of Y community in the three dimensions of "autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue",and sums up the proper way.The former Y community has made great achievements in improving the self-service ability of multi-ethnic communities,legalizing the governance of Ethnic Affairs in communities and shaping the common virtues of multi-ethnic groups.The defects and shortcomings of the current Y community in building national unity and progress in the integration of the three.Finally,from the perspective of "three-in-one" to find a new way to promote national unity and progress in urban communities.It includes taking autonomy as the core,stimulating national unity and creating new vitality,taking the rule of law as the guarantee,promoting the legalization of the cause of national unity and progress,nourishing the rule of virtue,strengthening the common sense of mission of the cause of national unity and progress,etc.Multidimensional efforts should be made to promote the innovation of the mode of "building national unity and progress" in urban communities,to better promote the modernization of the work of building national unity and progress in urban communities,and to promote the harmonious development of ethnic relations in urban communities.
