| In the more than 60 years since the establishment of national unity and progress activities,this work has achieved rich theoretical and practical results in China,and has formed an ethnic relationship of equality,unity,mutual assistance and harmony.It has become an important component of national work in our country.Part of it is a key part of promoting the development of our nation,and it provides a powerful driving force for consolidating Chinese national community consciousness.Based on the disciplinary theory and perspective of Marxist ethnic theory and policy,this paper explores the experience of building ethnic unity and progress in the Gongxiang Community in XiXia District,YinChuan,NingXia.This paper adopts the method of field investigation and explores experience for the grass-roots units such as urban multi-ethnic communities to develop ethnic unity and progress,providing reference for improving the ability of ethnic unity and progress in urban multi-ethnic communities.This paper starts from the related concepts and theories of the establishment of national unity and progress to explore the advantages of the development of the establishment of national unity and progress,and lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical enlightenment of the subsequent exploration and establishment.Based on the background of the national unity and progress creation work in Ningxia,we explore the conditions and development process of the national unity and progress creation of Gongxiang Community,and promote the overall understanding the work of Gongxiang Community.Taking the practice of ethnic unity and progress in Gongxiang communities as the main content,this paper comprehensively studies the progress of the creation of ethnic unity and progress in Gongxiang Community from the following three aspects:multi-subject participation,increasing communication behavior,and building community public spaces.This study focuses on the role of"people" in the community.On the basis of these practices,this paper summarizes the experience of Gongxiang Community in the creation of national unity and progress by the leadership of grass-roots party organizations,the development of volunteer services,the promotion of national unity model,and the construction of public space,providing reference to the future work.At the same time,on the basis of analyzing the excellent experience,it is proposed to integrate the "three-in-one" model into the construction of national unity and progress,improving the working mechanism of national unity and progress,further build a solid foundation that the Chinese nation shares a spiritual home,building a community with multi-ethnic residents,to enhance the effect of national unity and progress in urban multi-ethnic communities. |
