A Study On The "Foregoers" Of Demonstration Community Of National Unity And Progress In The New Era

With the research of the national unity and progress community,the community "foregoers" has gradually come into public view.In previous studies,community "foregoers" are mostly a derivative factor affecting community governance and community construction,and there are few relevant studies on the significance and value of community "foregoers" in the creation of national unity and progress.To fully stimulate the vitality of all elements of community development,the key lies in the power of"people"."foregoers" are talents with more advantages among the main bodies within the community,who play a good "leading" role in the construction of community governance,industrial economic development and other aspects,and are the endogenous force of community development.Based on the field investigation of three demonstration communities of national unity and progress——Huayuan Community,Swan Lake Community and Ruyi Lake Community in Yinchuan City,this paper takes community "foregoers" as the main concern group,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the value significance of community "foregoers",the internal correlation between "foregoers" and community development,and the multi-dimensional effects of "foregoers" participating in community development.Explore the practical path of "foregoers" participating in community development to promote the creation of national unity and progress.The study found:First,according to the different emphasis of "foregoers" in the field of social capital advantage,community "foregoers" can be divided into three categories:organizational management elites,cultural development leaders and social reputation leaders.They are leaders in the political,social and cultural fields,but "foregoers" are not a single type of representatives,and often they are comprehensive talents with multiple kinds of characteristics.Based on their own advantages,the "foregoers" has the value of organizing mobilization,resource integration,demonstration and leading,which can promote the development of community industry,enrich the community talent team,promote the orderly community governance and lead the community construction by example.Second,"foregoers" are not independent individuals who develop alone."foregoers" participate in the change of the community,realizing the two-way interaction between"foregoers" and the community.Their development is symbiotic and complicit with the development of the community.The community can provide "foregoers" with rich industrial resources,national policy guidance,social networks of acquaintances,and community cultural deposits.These are the basic conditions,development momentum,interpersonal support and cultural influences that "foregoers" need for growth."foregoers" are also the "key minority" that the community cannot do without.They contribute wisdom to the community,restore order and sustain culture.In short,the development of"foregoers" can promote community development,and community development can create community"foregoers".The two are mutually reinforcing and mutually reinforcing.Third,"foregoers" bring about organizational,industrial,cultural,ecological and talent effects in the process of participating in community development.They mobilize residents to participate in community construction through their authoritative reputation and realize the "I" and "he" participation in community affairs.They participate in the inheritance and recreation of community culture,showing the interweaving of tradition and modernity;Consciously supervise and manage the community humanistic ecological environment,shape and protect the community image.Fourth,"foregoers" participate in community development in the following ways:with "love" to promote development,a strong sense of community belonging.to encourage "foregoers" actively promote community development,with strong emotional support,dare to do what they are willing to serve the community construction;Establish contact with "people",maintain good acquaintance social relationship network,and constantly enhance the social participation of community residents in development and construction;Connect inside and outside with "capital".to promote the competitive advantage of community sustainable development;“culture" is used to build consensus,deepen the common cultural identity of residents,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of community residents,and realize cultural "re-creation" on the basis of continuing the tradition.The establishment of ethnic unity and progress is a systematic process that requires continuous efforts and lasting efforts.The "foregoers" group will lead and drive all residents to achieve common development,so as to enhance the cohesion and enthusiasm of community residents for national unity and progress.At the same time,based on the analysis of the experience of "foregoers" in various communities to achieve common development of residents,it is proposed to integrate "foregoers" into the work of ethnic unity and progress,innovate the ways of ethnic unity and progress,further forge the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation,and enhance the effect of ethnic unity and progress in urban multi-ethnic communities.
