How Does Social Work Involve Urban Communities Mutual Endowment

The continuous increase of the elderly population in China has stimulated the vigorous development of the domestic old-age care industry.At present,the three old-age care modes in China--family old-age care mode,institutional old-age care mode and community home-based old-age care mode are far from meeting the diversified needs of the elderly due to the influence of economy,culture and other factors.At the same time,a new pension mode--mutual assistance pension mode,which relies on the resources of the elderly and combines the advantages of family,institution and community,has gradually appeared in the public view.Mutual endowment pattern is an important part of diversified pension service model in our country,as a new type of old-age service pattern emerged in the 1990 s,and has made a significant development in the rural areas,in the urban community development is relatively slow,however,understanding of the concept of mutual public support is low.This paper takes the community mutual assistance pension mode of X city in Lanzhou city as the research object,and USES the methods of literature review,observation and interview to summarize the community mutual assistance pension mode and analyze the problems arising from the practice of mutual assistance pension and the intervention space of social work in the micro,medium and macro aspects.Next,through the research on the intervention space of social work,the paper analyzes the embedded intervention strategy of social work in the model of mutual assistance for the aged in urban communities and the practical intervention strategy of three methods of social work in the model of mutual assistance for the aged in urban communities.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper and reflects on the intervention process of social work.Through the research on the intervention mode of social work in urban community mutual assistance for the aged,we find that it is necessary and feasible for social work to intervene in urban community mutual assistance for the aged.At the same time,social work in the intervention process is a process of cognitive and accept,can't happen overnight,workers need enough patience and professional work quality,in the work actively promotes combined with the concept of a mutual community support,to achieve the ultimate goal of the old man's self-help and mutual assistance,for the community elderly pension problem,finish the work of professional social work "win-win" goal.The intervention of social work can promote the professionalism of the development of community mutual assistance pension model and contribute to the healthy development of China's pension cause.
