The Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Construction Of Rural Mutual Aid System

Rural mutual endowment continues the traditional neighborhood assistance and family endowment advantage,in the form of a unique endowment to meet old man in later life,social interaction,spiritual comfort,to the family care of the needs of life,is the innovation of the endowment way with Chinese characteristics,but was still in the stage of exploring rural mutual endowment practice there are many shortcomings.Therefore,it is necessary for social workers to uphold the professional value concept of "people-oriented" and "helping others and helping themselves" to respond to the problems in the practice of rural mutual assistance for the aged,put forward feasible and effective strategies and schemes for mutual assistance for the aged,and promote the development of rural mutual assistance for the aged.Therefore,this study of social work intervention in rural mutual pension system construction as the research subject,with the social support network theory as the research Angle of view,with Z social work service agencies to carry out mutual multiple support services as a case,through the methods of questionnaire survey,interviews,participatory observation,analysis the elderly endowment problems and requirements,design intervention program,from a personal,self-help groups,and group and community level mutual to build support networks,and uses the triangle mutual proof to evaluate the results of service intervention,analysis,and verify the effectiveness of the intervention plans,applicability and potential replication,etc.Study found that in the perspective of social support network theory in the practice strategy suitable for rural mutual endowment network building,mutual multiple support service scheme is feasible and effective,can provides solutions to solve the problem of the rural elderly endowment of the strategy and plan,at the same time build mutual pension network used in the "build the culture of community and mutual assistance","reconstruction of neighborhood mutual relations","mutual established village support group","the elderly service platform" strategy is mutual can form support network.
