Research On Building Partners Of Mutual Relationships In Pension Agency

Because of social transformation, economic development, the family planning policy, and many other factors, China’s urban aging problem is increasing serious. Pension agency as an important part of the pension service system, solving the problem of aging population in our country plays an irreplaceable role.Meanwhile,the miniaturization of family size,the core of family structure, making the family pension weakened,the potential demand for institutional care has become increasigly apparent. Elderly services is a traditional service areas of social work. Social work involved in agencies pension service system is not only inevitable trend of professional develop-ment, but also calls for the pension agency’s own development. The author in the process of pension agency for professional practice,introducing the concept of mutual aid pension agency, and leading the aged to build partner of mutual relationship in pension agency were studied.The author use case study method, participant observation, in-depth interview method to collect a large number of relevant building partners of mutual relations in the pension agency objectve data,and made a qualitative analysis of these data. Firstly, the author understand the main demand of old people in pension agency,build partne-rships around the theme of mutual relations developed service programs for the elder; Secondly, the author use the method and skills of group social work to implement ser-vice plan, and timely according to the specific situation adjust the correction process and contents of the service plan; Finally, the author conduct the elderly who have recieved social services and staff from other departments in-depth interviews,to access the effect of the service plan.The author through group activities to build a good interactive platform for the elderly in mutual communication and promote feelings,during the process of activities the author as a social worker play a multiple role to provide the required services for the elderly. By studying the following conclusions:First, in the pension agency, band together and mutual assistance between the aged have realistic feasibility. Second, the group social work method is very suitable as a way to organize the activities of the pension agency. Research topics of the study is novel, have a greater innovation, also rich practical experience in the field of elderly social work. However, the study also has shortcomings, such as its relatively thin theoretical support, job skills standard-ized and scientific needs to be improved,etc.Band together and mutual assistance with the elderly in pension agency to tide better vision in his later years is not achieved overnight, the government, social organizations, social workers and other multilateral co-operation, long-term efforts.
