Analysis On Social Work Process Of Communit Y Elderly Mutual Assistance

The trend of population aging is deepening,and the proportion of elderly population is increasing.It is estimated that by 2020,the elderly population will reach 248 million,and the aging level will reach 17.17%.Among them,over 80 years old population will reach 30 million 670 thousand.In 2025,the population over sixty will reach 300 million and become an ultra old country.The aging trend of the population in China is so serious that the aging population of the community in Tianmen is also very large.There are 6681 people over 60 years old and over in the Tianmen new town community,617 elderly people over 80 years old,and the number of elderly people is increasing year by year.Under such circumstances,the protection of the elderly is a problem that the community should take care of.The level of social security in China is increasing year by year.To ensure and improve people's livelihood,we should seize the most immediate and most realistic interests of the people.We should both do our best and measure them.One thing will be done after one thing,one year after another and one year after another,insisting that everyone is responsible,everyone is enjoyed,the bottom line,the emphasis,perfect the system,To guide the expectation,to improve the public service system,to guarantee the basic life of the masses,to continuously meet the growing needs of the people,to continuously promote social fairness and justice,to form an effective social governance and a good social order,to make the people's sense of gain,happiness,and security more substantial,more secure and more sustainable.This is pointed out at the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It can be seen that the social security system in our country is constantly improved and the basic material life of the elderly can be guaranteed.However,how to guarantee the mental and cultural life of the elderly is the problem that our community and social workers deserve to think about.Tianmen XinCheng is the object of this article,taking the Tianmen XinCheng community as the research object,the elderly people in this community are many,with the active aging perspective,the traditional home care and institutional pension are difficult to adapt to the current situation.Social work is a work of helping people with the government as the main body and the participation of social forces.The establishment of community social organization is an important way to solve the problem of the elderly.The spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly are the common needs of the elderly.The establishment of community social organizations can find the interests of the elderly,can realize the value of the elderly and maintain social stability.To establish community social organizations,to find community leaders,to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly,to reduce the burden of community staff,to integrate the integration of community resources,to promote the professionalization of the community service for the aged,and to ensure the maximization of the benefits of the elderly.From the perspective of active aging,this paper probes into the problems existing in the community pension,finds out the needs of the elderly,and puts forward some positive suggestions.
