The Research On The Construction Of B City's Disciplinary Inspection Staffin Governing The Party Strictly

Since the 18 th National People's Congress was held,the CPC central committee,with President Xi jinping,has attached great importance to the building of party conduct and integrity and the fight against corruption.The party has taken on a new look by adhering to zero tolerance,full coverage and no restricted zones in its fight against corruption,effectively curbing the growth and spread of corruption.The sixth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee made a solemn commitment to the whole party to “promote comprehensive and strict party governance and deepen development”.Standing at a new historical starting point,the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China issued a mobilization order to unswervingly promote strict party governance in an all-round way and constantly improve the party's governance capability and leadership.This is not only the special mission entrusted by the CPC central committee to commission for discipline inspection,but also the severe test of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.These supervision cadres are the main force that leads the overall strict governance of the party to a deeper level.So they shoulder the great trust of the party and the people.Besides,strengthening the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres is the basis and key to the implementation of the current discipline inspection and supervision work when they are facing the new situation,new missions,new tasks and new requirements.Thus,how to build a loyal,clean and responsible discipline inspection team to adapt to the changing situation is a problem that must be solved at present.Aiming at many problems existing in the construction of discipline inspection team in the B city,this paper probes into how to strengthen the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadre team.This paper adopts the literature analysis method,through consulting a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures widely,to understand and master the current discipline inspection cadre team construction of the relevant theory and practice.At the same time,based on the author's many years of practical experience in the discipline inspection and supervision system and several trips to other places for training and exchange,the author investigates and analyzes the current construction situation of discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in the B city through survey study.This article also expounds the main experience in the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in the B city,and systematically analyzes the current situation,existing problemsand difficulties in the construction of the team,and further analysis of the reasons of the problems.Based on these problems and difficulties,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide academic and theoretical reference for other regions and relevant departments.
