Research On The Construction Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Cadres

With the proposal of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout of the CPC Central Committee,the construction of a clean and honest government and the fight against corruption have become an important part of the overall and strict governance of the party.Whether the power can be effectively supervised and restricted is the biggest challenge for the Communist Party of China to be in power for a long time.Only by systematically eliminating this problem can we preserve the advanced nature and purity of the party forever.General secretary Xi Jinping made an important speech on deepening and promoting the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system throughout the country,and expounded the important significance of the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system,providing theoretical guidance and action guide for the reform of China’s discipline inspection and supervision system in the new period.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the daily management and supervision of cadres is indispensable,and the operation of power needs to be effectively restricted and supervised.Only by strictly restricting cadres at all levels and putting power in the cage of the system can we better safeguard the interests of the people.As the specialized organ of inner-party supervision and state supervision,the discipline inspection and supervision commission at all levels should implement the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system and promote the high-quality development of the discipline inspection and supervision work in the new era.Ultimately,it depends on the cadre team,the leading group and the efforts of each discipline inspection and supervision cadre.Based on the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work in the new era,this paper takes the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team of C City,a county-level city in Jiangsu Province as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature research,in-depth interview and case analysis to study the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team of C City.This paper studies the current situation of the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in C City as a basic case,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally comes to the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.The first is to broaden the vision of personnel selection and employment,and select talents for the Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision through multiple channels;the second is to improve the cadre training mechanism,comprehensively improve the professional ability,knowledge level and comprehensive quality of cadres;the third is to promote the scientific and procedural exchange of cadres,and maintain the professionalism and vitality of the discipline inspection and supervision team.Fourth,improve the quality and efficiency of supervision and assessment,design a scientific and reasonable assessment index system,and innovate the form of cadre supervision and management.This paper takes the construction of the cadre team of the Discipline Inspection Commission of C City as an example to analyze,so as to expand it to the general level,and put forward multi-dimensional countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the cadre team of the discipline inspection and supervision at the county level throughout the country,so as to contribute to the wisdom of the grass-roots level to build an iron general team that can adapt to the discipline inspection and supervision work in the new era.
