From ancient times to present, justice has been regarded as the lofty moral ideal and long-term value pursuit of people's social life.It has always been the focus of human society,in the long and distant history of human thought.People have always had different discussions on the issue of justice,in different social and historical periods,we all have different views on justice. In the course of the development of the whole human society history, there have appeared various kinds of justice views, which are based on naturalism, rational, liberalism and so on.The emergence of these concepts of justice inevitably played a very great role in the ideological history of human society. But as a result of the at that time, the influence of many factors such as politics, economy, culture and so on,these ideas of justice had great limitations. On the basis of facing up to the limitations of some other theories of justice,Marx stood on the basis of historical materialism and re-examined the issue of justice from the nature of human beings. It also critically inherits and develops the thought of justice of other schools, thus laying a very important theoretical foundation for the formation and development of the concept of justice of historical materialism.Marx's idea of justice insists on starting from the essence of human beings, and emphasizes that the realization of human nature will become the highest criterion to measure the justice of a social form.On the basis of a profound understanding of the essence of human beings,Marx proposed that only by stepping into the communist society can people truly realize their own free and conscious activities, that is,to realize the free and all-round development of human beings.Only in this way can the essence of man be embodied and the society of real justice be realized. The formation and development of Marx's concept of justice has gone through four important stages:the embryonic period, the initial formation, the maturity and the final expansion. The concrete content of Marx's concept of justice is mainly embodied in the economy justice, political justice and social justice. At the same time,Marx's view of justice has four basic characteristics:people in essence, scientific in theory, critical in reality, revolutionary in value and ideality in value. In a word,Marx's concept of justice is a kind of value concept under the view of historical materialism. It is fundamentally a reflection of the mode of production of social material, and its ultimate goal is to achieve the liberation of all mankind. So as to realize the free and all-round development of human beings.Marx's idea of justice provides the most basic theoretical guarantee for the development of our contemporary society, especially for the deep implementation and implementation of the shared development of our country. The idea has very important theoretical significance,it is helpful to promote the realization of social fairness and justice, thus can better promote the liberation of all mankind and the free and all-round development of everyone.
