Study On The Rural Human Settlements In Mineral-exhausted Area Based On Villagers' View

The improvement of rural living environment is an important task to promote rural revitalization.The country proposes a rural diversification strategy,which is conforms to the objective laws of differences between villages.However,the main bodies of evaluation are mainly government,scholars and enterprises,so that the real practice subjects(villagers)of rural human settlements are marginalized,and there is a lack of analysis of cognitive differences.The two reasons above lead to the evaluation results inconsistent with the actual situation.In the process of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,the theory and methods of rural human settlements should be innovated.Under the background of the country's vigorous promotion of the different governance of rural human settlements,this paper uses the method of sampling to select four typical villages in the mineral-exhausted area based on villagers' view.This paper discusses the influencing factors of rural human settlements in mineral-exhausted area,and compared with the world nature reserve area.The concept of rural human settlement is supplemented,and objective laws of the influencing factors of rural human settlement in mineral-exhausted area is deeply studied.Finally,the corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed.The research conclusions are as follows:?Through combing the relevant literature,this study believes that the rural human settlements is a complete geographical system of human-land relations in the rural geographical space.?The objective regularity of the influencing factors of rural human settlements shows obvious inter-regional differences,inter-village differences and interpersonal differences.?The influencing factors of rural human settlements in the mineral-exhausted area include 38 categories of family economic conditions,infrastructure,public services and social culture,family housing conditions,and natural ecological environment.?Considering the problems and future development trends of the rural human settlements in the mineral-exhausted area,this study proposes seven optimization strategies,including rural residential environment construction and improvement should be differentiated and differentiated,clarifying the orientation of rural human settlements,strengthening the participation of villagers,accelerating the development of agricultural modernization,improving the quality of medical care,attaching importance to the protection of traditional national culture,and adjusting the ecological protection limits of the mining area.?Through the field investigations,this study finds that there is still a big difference in the cognition of rural human settlements at the natural village level.So it is debatable to try to establish a unified indicator system rural to evaluate the needs of human settlements construction and construction in all areas,so as to simplify the rural human settlements evaluation procedures.Field investigations should be conducted to build and improve the living environment based on the needs of the main body(village)of the rural human settlements according to the actual conditions of each natural village.
