With the rapid development of social economy, sports began to move from the role of physical fitness to professional development. Its development is an important manifestation of a country's comprehensive national strength and social civilization. The level of professional sports also represents the national sports competition.Due to the reasons of China's system, there are many problems in the development of professional sports in China.Among them, monopolistic behaviors such as monopolistic agreement behavior, abuse of market dominance, operator concentration, and administrative monopoly are important obstacles restricting the development of professional sports. However, the anti-monopoly law has theoretical dilemmas and realistic dilemmas in regulating professional sports. For example, the Anti-Monopoly Law does not actually apply to professional sports, the nature of sports associations is unknown, and judicial supervision is lacking. In order to make China's "Anti-Monopoly Law" more operative in regulating professional sports,we can learn from the anti-monopoly regulation system of professional sports in outside countries and regions, and combine the "legality principle" and "rationality principle".Considering the formation reasons, formation process, scope of influence and subjective consciousness of the behavioral subject in professional sports, combined with the particularity of professional sports itself, some monopolistic behaviors are subject to anti-monopoly regulation.
