Research On Professional Sports Policies And Regulations System In China

Professional sports in our country has developed rapidly in recent years,many of the problems exposed at the same time,a set of perfect system of policies and regulations can be constraints on illegal acts,also can avoid more problems appeared.This study based on the theory of sports science and law,through the literature material method,case analysis,comparative analysis and logical analysis,analysis the Chinese professional sports policies and regulations system,then discusses the current problems and solutions.This paper analyzed from five aspects:The first part,introduce this paper's topic basis,purpose and significance of this research.The second part,literature review of professional sports policies and regulations.The third part,introduce the research object and research method.The fourth part,the research contents,separately from basic conception about the professional sports policies and regulations system;The development of Chinese professional sports policies and regulations;Characteristics of our country sports policies and regulations system;The comparison between Chinese and foreign professional sports policies and regulations system;Analysis the current problem about professional sports policies and regulations system in our country,summed up the present problems of the professional sports policies and regulations system.The fifth part,according to the above problem,this paper also puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,including to establish and implement the <professional sports law>;The management and restraint of all parts in professional sports shall be strengthen,and gradually perfect the professional spots relevant laws;The development of professional sports in China and the improvement of the professional sports policies and regulations system should be adapted to our country's actual situation and problems;Increase the professional sports policies and regulations under the market economy;Perfect the management mechanism of the Chinese football association,strengthen the management of the football association;Perfect the accountability mechanism of professional football league and strengthen the management of soccer gambling and other illegal behavior in professional soccer.Improve the protection mechanism of professional sports in China,especially for profit of sports club and athletes;Clear the restraint about monopoly in professional sports policies and regulations,ensure the professional sports has a fair market environment;Pay attention to the words accurate and rigor with the process in the modification and formulate policies and regulations of the professional sports in China.
