The Research On Practical Difficulties And System Optimization Which College Student Village Official's Residential Poverty Relief

As a major talent strategic plan of China,the programme of college-graduate village official is of great significance for driving the people in poverty-stricken areas getting rid of poverty and becoming better off,reinforcing the vitality of rural development,enhancing the quality of grass-roots cadres and alleviating the employment pressure of college students.In actually,the programme of college-graduate village official has been vigorously implemented,but at the same time,many policy,institutional and practical problems have been exposed,which makes it difficult for college-graduate village official to maximize value and they also encounter many practical difficulties.Village-resident poverty alleviation is one of important models of national poverty alleviation,which effectively helps the people in poverty-stricken areas and people in straitened circumstance case off poverty to get rich.As the cadres sent to countryside,college-graduate village official are also the vital force in the work of village-resident poverty alleviation.The author takes college-graduate village official as research object.Through using field survey,participant observation,interviewing and case study methods,she explored many practical difficulties during village-resident poverty alleviation: role-playing,poor ability and ethical dilemma.In addition,this paper presents the practical process college-graduate village official alleviating poverty in countryside.The author drill down the practical dilemmas and give suggestions over optimizing college-graduate village official.What's more,she hopes it can enrich the area study and help the government settle the problem of college-graduate village official plan.Accordingly,the system can be improved and they can help the people in poverty-stricken areas and people in straitened circumstance overcome poverty and achieve prosperity.
