In the era of construction of new socialist countryside,the plan of college-graduate village official arises at the historic moment.Since implemented,the plan of college-graduate village official brought many capable people to countryside,which has good social effect.But,there are still some problems to be solved,as the dilemma of re-employment.After 2-3 years,a college-graduate village official finishes the service,he faces the re-employment.Although in theory there are "five way out" national policy support,in reality it's not easy.Too many people choose to take part in civil servant exam and it's competitive.Staying in village is not a long plan for the future.Starting a business is not simple.Re-employment needed to be considered well.People choosing to study further will face re-employment again after graduation.The dilemma of re-employment brings bad effect to the social,countryside and college-graduate village official,and which prevents the implementation of the original intention of the plan.To find the solution to the dilemma of re-employment,many related essays,typical cases and a questionnaire survey are consulted.My experience in Chongming Island as a college-graduate village official is helpful too.The assumption that the main point to solve the dilemma of re-employment is to develop the quality and social competitiveness of college-graduate village officials is proposed,meanwhile policies and platform support is secondary.In this research,Chongming district is an example.Through the investigation about the present situation and re-employment of college-graduate village officials,we realize the three-level linkage training mode played an important role and positive influence in developing the social competitiveness of college-graduate village official and promote their re-employments.On the basis of this,some suggestions are put forward.Firstly,the principles should be cleared.The training mode should be matched to the actual demand,the special training should be matched to the individual choices,and the policies support should be matched to the evaluation of performance.Secondly,on policy recommendations,the supporting measures to the "five way out" should be further improved,the suitable opportunities working in enterprises should be provided,and the information platform for communication should be founded.At last,from the perspective of the guiding measures,the relative measures should be strengthened,so the dilemma of re-employment will be improved.
