Research On The Actuality And Strategy In Ideological And Political Education Of The Selected Students In Heilongjiang Province

With China's political system reforming,it has become an inevitable trend to improve the mechanism and broaden the channels of personnel selection.In recent years,the organizational departments of various provinces and cities across the country carry out the training for outstanding young cadres.Meanwhile,it also recruit excellent college graduates to work at grassroots position at all levels of government.Carrying out the ideological and political education for the Selected Students has become a significant theme.Besides,it has been a hot topic of cadres' education to launch the idea that is “lift him a house,give him a ride” under the background of strengthening the ideological and political education of the state organs.In 2012,Heilongjiang Province restarted the selected recruitment plan for the Selected Students and it has recruited near 1300 the Selected Students over the past six years.The organizational department and management institutions of Heilongjiang Province have placed the Selected Students' ideological and political education in an important area and they have carried out the ideological and political education,which achieved the excellent results.So taking Heilongjiang Province as a case,t is of great significance for improving the ideological and political level of a number of the Selected Students.This paper takes questionnaires,personal interviews and literature research as the main research methods,and combines the author's work practice to put forward tentative suggestions on how to effectively strengthen the ideological and political education of Heilongjiang Province.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part: Introduction,introduces the research purpose,significance,status quo and research methods of this thesis.The second part: clearly outline the relevant outlines of ideological and political education,and recognize the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political education of the students.The third part: Based on the survey data,analyze the basic situation of Heilongjiang Province's selection and adjustment and the current situation of the ideological and political education in Heilongjiang Province,find out the problem,and analyze the causes of the problems.The fourth part: aiming at the problems in the ideological and political education of Heilongjiang Province,from improving the understanding of the ideological and political education of the selection and adjustment,strengthening the construction and management of the selection and reconciliation team,strengthening the two-way interaction between the organization department and the selection and adjustment,and broadening the ideological and political choices Six aspects,such as educational channels,enriching the content of ideological and political education,and improving the ideological and political education mechanism of the selection and adjustment,put forward effective countermeasures.
