An Analysis Of The Present Situation Of Rural Party Members’ Ideological And Political Education In The New Era And Its Countermeasure Research

Rural Party members as the core of the party’s governance at the grassroots level,are the basic force for strengthening the party’s governance ability at the grassroots level,and the driving force for carrying out the new rural construction and realizing the rural revitalization strategy.Carrying out ideological and political education around rural party members is the requirement of promoting advanced socialist culture and centralizing socialist core values in rural areas in the new era.With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the continuous improvement of the national quality,the continuous progress of socialist spiritual civilization,the focus of rural work is constantly shifting,the quality and thought of rural party members are also undergoing profound changes.How to develop the ideological and political education of rural party members under the new situation is an urgent problem to be solved.In the process of research,this paper uses the methods of literature research,social investigation and system analysis to explain the current situation and problems of Ideological and political education of rural Party members in the new era from the following four aspects.The first chapter discusses the importance and necessity of strengthening the ideological and political education of rural Party members in the new era,which is divided into two parts.This paper expounds the importance of rural Party members and the necessity of strengthening ideological and political education of rural Party members,aiming to lay the groundwork for the following basic theory through the elaboration of this part.In the second chapter,the achievements of Ideological and political education of rural Party members in the new era and the problems existing in the ideological and political education of rural Party members are analyzed by means of field investigation.The third chapter deeply analyses the causes of the problems existing in the ideological and political education of rural Party members in the new era,grasps the maincontradictions and traces the root causes,lays a solid foundation for the following effective countermeasures.This part is divided into three parts to discuss,respectively,the social and historical reasons,the reasons of Party members themselves and the reasons of educational mechanism.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the ideological and political education of party members in rural areas in the new era,aiming to alleviate the existing problems in the current ideological and political education through effective measures,so as to improve the current situation of ideological and political education.This chapter is divided into four parts.First,strengthens the countryside party member ideological and political education content construction;Second,the innovation countryside party member thought political education way method;Third,strengthens the countryside party member ideological and political education troop construction;The fourth is to optimize the ideological and political education environment for rural party members.
