Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Youth Academy Students' Ideological And Political Education

The military academies, the main channels in the process of martial personnel's education, play a very important role under the aims of force's building and martial modernization.As the successor of the approaching business of army, the youth academy student is considered as the main power in the following decades.The ideological and political education of the cadets makes the difference in the every aspects of martial construction, especially in the effects of martial ideological and political education. With the dig of reform and opening up, the world situation, national condition, military, society, military construction have changed tremendously, the ideological and political education of youth academy students is also facing many new situations, new problems and new requirements.Therefore, an accurate grasp of the current situation of youth academy students ideological and political education research is the inevitable requirement of improving the effectiveness of education. The author has been working in the basic cadet team for many years. The working experience and survey data obtained are the original materials for the subject of study. After reading a large number of ideological and political monographs and literature on education from both inside and outside army, then comparing local universities with military academies including the foreign army in the field of situation on carrying out the ideological and political education, the author randomly selected 1500 NUDT undergraduate students to carry a questionnaire. Through the analysis on the questionnaire, the author discussed the present ideological and political quality and the current educational features on youth academy students.By summing up the experience, analyzing the problems, finding the reasons and putting forward some countermeasures, the author's aim is trying to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for development of the work of grass-roots ideological and political education in military academies.
