The Research On Li Da's Sinicization Of Marxist Legal Science

During the great period when socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,President Xi Jinping has put forward a major strategy of ruling the country by law in an all-round way,thus bringing the Marxist legal science in China to a new historical height.At this moment,reviewing Li Da's important contribution to the sinicization of Marxist legal science has rich historical and practical significance.Although Li Da's exploration of Marxist legal thoughts was in the early stage of China,s propaganda of Marxist thoughts,he was the pioneering figure to sinicize Marxist legal science systematically.Li Da was the great thinker to spread Marxist thoughts.He has made a pioneering contribution in the process of Chinese Marxism,and his contribution to the Marxist legal science in China also should not be ignored.The publication and distribution of his book "The Outline of Jurisprudence" systematically expounded the legal thoughts from the Marxist point of view for the first time.This book is an important document in the study of Chinese legal science and a major contribution to the study of Marxist legal science in China.This paper analyzes the great achievement of Li Da's Marxist legal science in China from three aspects.First of all,it introduces the theoretical basis of Li Da's exploration of Marxist legal thoughts.He mainly began to accept Marxist legal thoughts when he studied in Japan,and he also got inspiration from ancient Chinese legal thoughts and modern bourgeois legal thoughts.Marxist legal thoughts and Soviet Constitution also played a certain guiding role in the formation of Li Da's legal thoughts.Secondly,it introduces the development process of Li Da's Marxist legal science in China,which is divided into three stages.The first stage is to introduce and publicize Marxist legal science.The second stage is to combine Marxist legal science with China's specific practice and publishes a book entitled "Outline of Jurisprudence",which is also an important achievement of Li Da's legal thoughts.The third stage is to integrate Marxist legal science into China,that is,to guide the development of China's legal cause with Marxist legal thoughts,especially the contribution made to the introduction of the 1954 Constitution.At last,this paper introduces the historical and contemporary values of Li Da's Marxist legal science in China,and confirms his important position in the development of Chinese legal thoughts.
