Study On Deng Xiaoping's Thinking Of "Two Overall Situations" And The Contemporary Value

China is a unified multi-ethnic socialist country with a vast territory and a large population.For a long time,the overall level of China's productivity is relatively low,and regional economic development is extremely unbalanced.In particular,the gap between the east and the west is growing,which has always been an important issue that China faces in the process of economic development and needs to be resolved urgently.To narrow the regional disparity and realize coordinate and sound development of the regional economy has always been the strategic goal that our party leaders have been pursuing.As the chief architect of China's reform and opening up,Deng Xiaoping,based on the relevant theories of Marxist classic writers and Mao Zedong Thought,scientifically summed up the experiences and lessons of economic and social development after the founding of New China,in order to achieve coordinate development of the inter-regional economy and move towards common prosperity.As a fundamental goal,combined with the domestic and international situation,the strategic concept of "two overall situations,was put forward.Guided by Marxist Leninism Mao Zedong Thought and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this thesis systematically and comprehensively analyzes,summarizes and studies Deng Xiaoping's,two overall situations" strategic concept from three aspects.First of all,it traces the ideological origin of the strategic concept and the formation of the concept from the germination to the maturity.Secondly,on the basis of making full use of the existing research results,it summarizes and analyzes the basic connotation of the strategic concept and the theoretical characteristics of the idea.Finally,from the two levels of theory and practice,the author discusses the contemporary value of Deng Xiaoping's,two overall situations" strategic concept,and taking time as the axis systematically uses examples(the construction of special economic zones,the strategy of developing the western region,the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China,and the Belt and Road etc.)to summarize the strategic concept,with a view to benefiting China's economic construction.The "two overall situations" strategic concept is an important component of Deng Xiaoping Theory.It has extremely important practical guiding significance for promoting the coordinate development of China's regional economy and the improvement of the national economy.
