The 17 th China Internet Conference held in 2018,it highlights the core theme of“integration development,synergy and co-governance”,and demonstrates the Internet governance methods that adhere to government leadership and multi-participation.And to carry out forums around the topic of Internet hotspots,especially network and equipment security has become one of the core areas.As of December 2018,the number of netizens in China reached 829 million,with a penetration rate of 59.6%,an increase of 3.8 percentage points from the end of 2017,and a total of 56.53 million new netizens.The continuous expansion of the Internet is an important foundation for the development of public opinion on the Internet.However,the quality of network information is uneven,and even mixed with a lot of false,exaggerated,outdated and false information,disrupting the development order of the Internet.This caused a very chaotic situation,which also had a bad impact on the public's life and reduced the people's living index.In this era,the governance of the Internet has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to cope with the negative impact of the Internet,this paper provides suggestions for government departments to manage public opinion and maintain the order of Internet development through detailed research on online public opinion.First of all,through the combing of Internet content governance,online public opinion and Internet word-of-mouth literature,based on social impact theory,from the perspective of information impact.Finally,the author studies the text information of Zhang Yingying's case of missing scholars and discusses the influencing factors of online public opinion attention.From past studies,it has been found that the characteristics of information itself are also important factors affecting public opinion,but there is less research on information itself.In order to make up for this deficiency,we will learn from other areas.This paper uses word-of-mouth communication as a reference for research.Based on this,this paper studies the influencing factors of online public opinionabout attention degree through social influence theory,trying to solve several problems:What is the influence process of online public opinion about attention degree? What is the influence of information content characteristics on this process? What is the impact of information content characteristics on public opinion attention? Based on past research,the following assumptions were made: the depth of event comments,the content of information in event reviews,the attributes of publishers and subjective and objective mixture.Then,the octopus collector was used to capture the data,and SPSS software was used to analyze the factors affecting online public opinion attention by one-way variance and binary logistic analysis.Through the conclusions of empirical research,the depth of event comments,the content of information in event reviews,and the attributes of publishers significantly affect public opinion concerns.By solving these problems,it provides a reference for government governance public opinion dissemination and control.
