Research On The Governance Of Network Ideology In The New Era

Internet has become an essential part of people's lives,with the rapid development and popularization of the Internet technology in the new era.A series of new situations,new changes and new requirements have arisen in the cyberspace,which is with ideological attribute as a virtual society.It has become a new field of ideological confrontation at home and abroad,which not only brings up both new opportunities and challenges for deepening the governance of network ideology in China,but also develops into an important task in the modernization of national ideology governance.In order to enhance the ability of China's network ideology governance in the new era,strengthen the discourse power of Marxist ideology,carry forward the theme of socialist core values,safeguard the security of the network ideology in the new era,and promote the modernization of the national governance system,guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,this thesis comprehensively applies the methods of literature analysis,integrating the theory and the practice,interdiscipline and comparison to systematically sort out the network ideology governance in the new era and study the connotation,theoretical basis,status quo,extraterritorial reference,principles,objectives,contents and approaches of the governance of network ideology in the new era,so as to further enrich and develop Marx's ideology theory and promote the practice of governance of network ideology in the new era.There are six parts of this thesis: The first part teases out the related domestic and foreign literature on network ideology governance and concludes that even though there are relatively more research results in respect of network ideology security,however,the research results focusing on network ideology governance are less,scattered and inadequate.It has not formed a systematic study on the governance of network ideology in the new era in terms of objectives,content,mechanisms and approaches,which also constitutes the basis and source of this thesis.The second part defines the concept of "new era,ideology,governance,ideology governance,network ideology,network ideology governance" in the study of network ideology governance in the new era,and analyzes that the profound theoretical basis behind which are Marx's ideology theory,governance theory,systematically scientific theory,big data,Internet Plus and etc.The third part analyzes the status quo of network ideology governance in the new era.Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has been extensively recognized at home and abroad,especially with the vigorous support of domestic netizens.The model of socialist with Chinese characteristics has been gradually accepted by the international community.The status quo of network ideology governance is overall getting better,while if viewed in part,it still faces the interference of historical nihilism,populism and new democracy.Based on the national condition,the fourth part learns from foreign experience on network ideology governance to play the roles of state macrogovernance and network technology.The fifth part indicates the targets of network ideology governance lie in constructing rational and orderly network ideology governance thoughts,diversified network ideology governance subjects,and perfect network ideology governance mechanisms;adheres to the principles of uniqueness,inclusiveness,initiative and innovation;and clarifies that the content of network ideology governance in the new era should regard state,society and netizens as the subjects of governance,and regard network ideology and the media of netizens and network ideology as the objects of governance.The sixth part is based on the status quo of network ideology governance in the new era,learning from foreign experience on governance,proposing to consolidate the leading position of socialist core values,constantly improving the network ideology governance mechanism,promoting the soft strength of network,vigorously developing core network technologies and realizing the governance approach in the faith of communist society.
