The Dilemma And Outlet Of Ethnic Regional Autonomy From The Perspective Of Interethnicism

China's system of regional ethnic autonomy has existed and developed for more than half a century,and its inevitability and rationality have been proved by practice.However,due to historical and realistic factors,China's policy of regional ethnic autonomy emphasizes the compensation of ethnic minority groups based on inter-ethnicism in the process of formulation and implementation.This kind of inter-ethnic compensation theory is in history.It has played an important role in safeguarding national unity and national unity,but it has not been able to adapt to impetuous social changes,which has resulted in ethnic barriers and a greater degree of predicament.This paper is divided into five parts.First,it opens the inter-ethnicism perspective in the national issue,and analyzes the perspective of inter-ethnicism from the perspectives of legal roots,historical roots and institutional roots.Second,it analyzes the ethnic regions from the perspective of inter-ethnicism.The shortcomings formed by the autonomous system.The regional autonomy of ethnic minorities is the expression of the inter-ethnic perspective.At the same time,it also forms the institutional support and provides protection for the inter-ethnic rationality.Thirdly,in order to explore the way out of the predicament of ethnic regional autonomy from the perspective of inter-ethnicism,this paper believes that In the following several angles,we will adjust the inter-ethnic bias of ethnic regional policies:the individual rights of citizens,the awareness of the Chinese nation community,and the weakening of the relationship between regions and ethnic groups and the construction of regional identity.On this basis,it is necessary to further strengthen the ethnic regions.The constitutional construction of self-government;Fourthly,regarding the constitutional construction of the system of regional ethnic autonomy,this paper believes that it is necessary to truly integrate the system of regional ethnic autonomy into the subsystem of the national constitutional structure,and promote the identification of different identities with the constitutional identity of the people;Fifth,the conclusion part summarizes the current complex situation of nationalism in the international community and calls for creative improvement of nationalism.
