Research On The Improvement Of Farmers' Moral Quality Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The problem of agricultural and rural peasants is a fundamental issue that affects the national economy and the people's livelihood.This is also an important factor restricting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In our country,peasants are the main force for the development of various economic,political and cultural undertakings in the countryside.Therefore,improving the moral quality of the peasants is in line with the trend of cultivating the development of peasants in the new era,and promoting the consensus of the moral values of the formation of civilization in the countryside.At the same time,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy can promote farmers to increase income,thereby consolidating the material basis of farmers and creating a good environment for improving the moral quality of farmers.The close relationship between the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the improvement of the peasant's moral quality can provide a goal for improving the ethical quality of the peasants,and ultimately provide a strong guarantee for the realization of a comprehensive well-off society.This article takes the Huaixiang town where my hometown is located as an example.Through questionnaires and individual interviews,this paper investigates and analyzes the moral quality of farmers in Huaixiang town,and draws on the experience of some scholars to analyze the moral quality of farmers in the village.The existing problems and their causes aim to understand the current situation and predicament of the peasant moral quality,and to develop a sound and systematic countermeasure for improving the ethical quality of the peasants.The first part analyzes the topic from five aspects,including the purpose and significance of the research,the research summary,the research methods,and the innovation points.The second part mainly expounds the connotation of rural revitalization strategy and peasant moral quality and the relationship between them,and briefly summarizes relevant research theories.The third part mainly explains the practical significance of improving the moral quality of farmers in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the farmers in W village,and expounds some positive factors,existing problems and their causes in the process of improving the moral quality of farmers.The fifth part,in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,from the consolidation of the material basis of the peasants,the role of grassroots cadres,the efforts of the peasants themselves,the education and propaganda of morality,and the moral supervision,put forward the countermeasures to effectively improve the ethical quality of the peasants.
