Research On The Path Innovation Of Improving The Well-being Of The Old In Institutional Pension Model

The sense of happiness is a subject which is discussed by Marx theory,Chinese traditional culture and western positive psychology.The socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping endows the well-being of the people with the rich connotation and value of the times.General secretary Xi Jinping stresses that the people's desire for a better life is our goal,and we should constantly enhance the people's sense of gain,happiness and security.At present,our country is going to enter the age of deep aging.The number of the old population is increasing.With the development of social endowment,the model of institutional pension has become an important choice for the old.The study shows that the well-being of the old in the present is poor,and the happiness of the old directly affects the well-being index of the people's livelihood.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore how to improve the well-being of the old.The happiness of the old refers to a sense of satisfaction for their own living condition,a sense of identity for their existence value,and a long-term,internal and overall positive emotional experience for their overall condition in the process of providing for the old.The key factors affecting happiness are positive mental state,life belief,meaning activity,gratitude habit,life value and material condition.The study found that pension institutions mostly pay attention to improving the hardware,ignore the humanistic care,pay attention to body care,neglect harmonious psychology,highlight independent leisure,lack mutual gratitude,strengthen and improve the system,lack personalized services,which is not conducive to improve the well-being of the old.Absorb the essence of theory from Chinese traditional culture and positive psychology well-being view,follow the ideological and political education methodology,closely combine the socialism theory with Chinese new of Xi Jinping in the new times,put forward six feasible path to enhance the pension agency under the guidance of Marx's theory,which include turning to the front view,learning the optimistic interpretation,firming in the pursuit of faith,continuing to write the old chasing,participate in meaningful activities,experiencing their own value,cultivating the feelings of gratitude,cherishing the warmth in the old age,feeling life value,understanding life wisdom,creating material conditions,perfecting care management.
