A Study On The Model Of “Quasi-institution” For The Aged

Nowdays,China is facing of grave aging,especially the problem of how to provide for the aged.The phenomenon of Age Before Get Rich is the basic characteristic of population aging.People are exploring the way to solve the problem of the aged in China,so that the mutual happiness town farm with the characteristics of mutual aid for the aged comes into being.In 2008,the first rural mutual happiness town farm was set up in Feixiang County,Hebei Province.After the pilot was recognized by civil administration department,mutual happiness town farm with unique characteristics has been built all over the country.For example,there are a large number of happiness town farm with the foundation for poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia region,which is different from the happiness town farm in Feuxiang County.In this paper,the mutual happiness town farm is summarized as the Quasi-institution for the Aged,and take for instance of the mutual happiness town farm in Xilingol Menglong Village,Inner Mongolia.Meanwhile,the paper describes the operation mechanism as well as the daily life of the elderly,and focuses on the care for the elderly in the town farm.T This article is composed of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter introduces the general situation of rural mutual happiness town farm,including the project construction process,the organization management structure and the check-in management methods.The third chapter describes the collective life of the old,including daily schedule,leisure,shopping and medical care.The fourth chapter analyzes the four groups can take care of the old in happiness town farm,including the neighbours,family,Dean's village committee and the external resources.According to the results of the study,rural mutual happiness town farm has focused on the elderly,which has the characteristics of the Mechanism.At the same time,the old man has been able to keep the personalized life of the family,and the continuation relationships between the old neighbors,so the old has no the strong sense of isolation.In addition,there is a certain difference between Feicheng and Inner Mongolia.Due to the different financing modes,the happiness town farm of Inner Mongolia has a larger scale and more well-run.
