Research On Legal Protection Of Internet Financial Consumer Rights And Interests

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the arrival of big data era,the traditional financial industry has been impacted by Internet finance.At the same time,the protection of the rights and interests of Internet financial consumers has encountered some difficulties.Due to the professionalism and particularity of Internet financial products and the complexity of the Internet financial market,the rights of consumers' right to know and the security of information and property have been violated in varying degrees.In this context,this paper analyzes the current situation and risk factors of the legal protection of the rights and interests of the Internet financial consumers,discusses the causes of the current predicament,and then draws on the relevant institutional experiences of Britain,the United States,and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the legal protection of the rights and interests of the Internet financial consumers in China.The first part briefly introduces the current development of Internet Finance in China,and points out the problems and hidden dangers in the legislation and supervision of Internet finance.The second part analyzes the manifestations and reasons of the infringement of consumers' rights and interests in China's Internet finance.The third part mainly introduces the institutional experience and concrete measures of the protection of the Internet financial consumers' rights and interests in Britain,the United States,and makes full use of them for reference.In the fourth part,according to the above reasons,corresponding countermeasures are put forward to protect consumers' rights and interests in Internet finance.
