In today's world,scientific and technological innovation has become the key support to improve the overall national strength and the powerful leader of the social production mode and life style change and progress.Whoever holds the bull nose of scientific and technological innovation,and who takes the first step in scientific and technological innovation,will be able to seize the first chance and win the advantage.The role of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is self-evident.However,the legal risk of intellectual property rights in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has become a problem that can not be ignored.Based on the relevant laws and regulations of intellectual property rights in China,focusing on the practice of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China,this paper takes the intellectual property risks in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as the research object,analyses the content of risks,draws lessons from foreign experience,and puts forward solutions,in order to protect the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China.The first chapter of this paper introduces the related concepts of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the historical process and legal support of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China,and analyses the theme of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from different subjects and cooperation modes in order to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,on the basis of detailed analysis of risks,drawing lessons from overseas risk prevention experience,putting forward feasible suggestions with pertinence,and trying to make its own contribution to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China.
