Government social media refers to a platform for government and related institutions to share,disseminate and obtain government information and provide government services to the public through virtual network communities.The platform realizes the immediate interaction between citizens and the government,and is a new form of government information dissemination and service delivery.Because of its remarkable convenience and efficiency,countries around the world attach great importance to the construction and operation of government social media.In China,government social media is developing rapidly.Between government and people's livelihood,public and public services,government social media has built a bridge.However,as a new thing,government social media will inevitably encounter some problems in the process of construction and development,leading to the current user satisfaction with government social media is not high.It makes the construction,development and promotion of government social media encounter difficulties and bottlenecks.Therefore,from the perspective of users,this paper studies the influencing factors of government social media user satisfaction,and provides policy recommendations for the operation and management of government social media.As a combination of social media and e-government,government social media has the characteristics of social media and digital government.Therefore,on the basis of literature analysis,combined with the characteristics of current mainstream government social media,and referring to the classical user satisfaction model,this paper constructs a research model of government social media user satisfaction from the perspective of e-government and social media,and finally establishes the research model through expert review,and puts forward a series of research hypotheses.This study takes government portal,government Wechat Public Number,government microblog and government APP as the main research objects,and publishes questionnaires through the professional questionnaire website "Questionnaire Network".A total of 387 questionnaires were received,of which 351 were valid.After retrieving the survey results,descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis and structural equation model analysis were carried out.The results show that information quality,system quality,service quality,awareness,social impact,security,privacy and trust have positive effects on user satisfaction of government social media.After data analysis,according to the results of data analysis,this paper adjusts the original model and establishes the final government social media user satisfaction model.According to the research results,this paper provides some suggestions for the construction and development of government social media.First,government social media should focus on improving and ensuring the quality of information and services provided by its operating platform.Secondly,government social media should pay more attention to user experience.Thirdly,government social media should strengthen their own publicity and promotion.Fourthly,government social media should pay attention to the protection of security and privacy.This study will help the government and relevant institutions to understand users' needs for government information and government services more comprehensively,so as to guide the construction and development of government social media.
