Research On Social Workers' Intervention In Community Rehabilitation Of Drug Addicts

Drugs have become a cancerous disease for the entire society.They not only threaten the survival and development of human beings,but also are not conducive to the development and stability of society.According to the conclusion of the literature,the addiction mechanism of drug addiction will have great influence and harm on the physical,mental,and family health of drug addicts.It will cause the physical function of drug users to be impaired,psychologically sensitive,and emotionally unstable,which in turn will affect Personal development and family social stability.Therefore,the drug rehabilitation system for drug addicts is imperative.After the drug addicts have completed compulsory detoxification,a seamless community rehabilitation model mechanism can help drug addicts avoid relapse and return to normal life.The main reason for the high rate of relapse among many drug addicts is the lack of a systematic and comprehensive social support network and effective support after drug requisitioners have returned to society through compulsory detoxification.As a result,drug addicts are assisted to establish a sound social support network and social support system.It is imperative to tap the potential of drug addicts in this process,reduce the rate of relapse,strengthen the self-confidence of detoxification personnel in order to maintain drug treatment,and ultimately promote the return of drug addicts to society.This study mainly discusses the help and support of drug addicts from the perspective of community rehabilitation.In recent years,social work began to intervene in the community rehabilitation work of drug addicts.In the intervention,taking the professional work of social work as a starting point,emphasizing the principle of humanity,based on understanding the actual situation of drug addicts,established a different working model and Methods,such as home treatment mode,group intervention mode,case management,etc.,have irreplaceable core tools in the community rehabilitation mode,and have achieved certain results.However,there are also many difficulties in the process of community rehabilitation for social workers involved in drug rehabilitation.For example,the social workers are not highly specialized,the relevant departments do not cooperate,and community rehabilitation lacks supporting working models.This article is based on the author's experience in community rehabilitation of drug addicts in a town in Guangzhou City.During this process,social workers visit families of drug addicts and use social work casework and community work methods to help detoxification personnel improve by intervening at the individual and family level.Family relationships,establishing healthy communication patterns among family members,grooming the negative emotions of drug addicts,helping to solve the basic livelihood security of drug addicts,providing employment information and the most up-to-date relevant policy information,and changing through intervening in community-based drug advocacy and advocacy activities.People misunderstand some of the drug addicts and establish a harmonious community environment.To jointly promote changes in drug addicts,reinvent themselves,and return to society.At the same time,by observing the mode of community rehabilitation of drug addicts in the town,the advantages and problems are discovered,and reflections and conclusions are made.It is hoped that this can provide effective reference for the establishment of a long-term social work model for community rehabilitation of drug addicts in the town.
