Study On The Contributing Factors And Characteristics Of Social Support For Community Drug Rehabilitation Personnel

Drug governance and prevention of drug addicts relapse has been global social issues,and the strength of social support and for drug addicts,the completion of the socialization process has a crucial impact,at the same time the effect will reflect on drug rehabilitation personnel family marriage status,workplace social,social relations quality and other aspects.Throughout previous studies,few studies on social support for community rehabilitation personnel have adopted grounded theory.In order to explore the influencing factors of social support for drug rehabilitation personnel in the community,we should elaborate on the source of social support under the action of these influencing factors and describe the overall characteristics presented by it.This thesis tries to take the qualitative research theory as the main research method,select25 community drug rehabilitation personnel in Q street,H district,Guangzhou,through the relevant files,visit streets to collect data,and the depth of a certain number of drug rehabilitation personnel interview,the collected interview data one by one,finally form four types of core categories and conceptual framework of drug rehabilitation personnel social support influencing factors,on this basis,further analyze and describe the source of social support.The results of this thesis show that in the process of obtaining social support for the drug rehabilitation personnel in the community,the following four factors have important influences,mainly including internal influence factors,family related factors,national factors and drug-related factors.According to the study,different factors can be positive or negative,which stimulate the motivation to gain social support to stay longer;instead,the negative ability to gain social support.Under the combination of the above influencing factors,the social support of community drug rehabilitation personnel has different sources and presents different characteristics.This thesis divides these support into family level,workplace level,community level,and social level.The study found that the four levels of support are common,subtle,uneven,and realistic and discriminatory.Finally,combined with the needs and expectations of drug rehabilitation personnel for social support,this thesis tries to explore the feasible countermeasures and suggestions related to social work intervention,so as to promote the smooth completion of drug rehabilitation and resocialization of drug addicts.
