A Study On Control Of Drug Addicts In Dongguan City

Nowadays,drug problem has been one of the most important problems in world's crime issues.Drugs not only damage people's health,destroy families,but also are the places where crimes breed.In our country,as the drug crackdown deepens,drug abuse has been well restrained.However,in the drug war,as the initial and terminal link,the control of drug addicts has not been attached enough importance to.Even though our country has gained some achievements in the control of drug addicts,because of the deficiencies of drug addicts control,drug problems are still spreading.Hence,to explore an efficient way to control drug addicts and imprement targeted drug addicts control is the most important way to solve the drug problem in our country.On the basis of systematically scratching related study and literature home and abroad,the paper regards the control of drug addicts in Dongguan City as the object of empirical study,and make analysis from proposing problems,analysing problems to solving problems.First analyse each link of the control of drug addicts in Dongguan City,which includes compulsory isolation detoxification,community drug treatment and community rehabilitation,sum up the characteristics and problems of three links.Then analyse the deep reasons which cause the control problems of drug addicts in Dongguan City from different angles included divisional responsibility,working mechanism,organization support and socialization.Finally,basing on the analysis of existing problems,propound some development advice to improve the control of drug addicts in Dongguan City and provide references for other cities' control problem of drug addicts in our country from responsibilities mechanism,information system platform,control working system,working support and social force.
