Research On Social Work Interventional Community Drug Addiction Service

Drug problem is a very harmful worldwide problem,which not only seriously affects the body and psychology of drug addicts,but also leads to family crisis and social crisis.With the promulgation of the Anti-drug Law of the People’s Republic of China,our country began to implement community detoxification measures,carry out detoxification work from the angle of humanization,and pay attention to the drug addicts themselves.With the continuous development and improvement of community detoxification,the role of social work professional force is gradually highlighted in drug rehabilitation services.For a long time,drug addicts have been in a "marginalized position ",the society and the public have set negative labels for them,and the lack of social support network leads to their lack of care and support,and they face many problems in detoxification,social interaction,employment and so on.As an important professional force in community detoxification,social work not only needs to help drug addicts solve all kinds of problems in the process of detoxification,but also needs to help them construct and perfect the social support network and integrate into social life.The participation of social work professional forces has greatly improved the effectiveness of community detoxification,but due to the influence of various factors,social work still faces some problems in the process of intervention in social rehabilitation services.Therefore,it is very important to study the social work intervention social rehabilitation service to promote the development of community detoxification.Based on the example of social rehabilitation service project in F county of Hefei city,the contents,methods,effects,problems and countermeasures of social work intervention in social rehabilitation service were studied by literature research,unstructured interview and observation.F county in Hefei in recent years has focused on carrying out a drug treatment work model which integrates supervision,governance and caring services.Through the purchase of social rehabilitation services,social work professional forces are introduced to provide control services for drug addicts.On the basis of understanding the individualized needs of drug addicts,anti-drug social workers,under the guidance of professional theory,make full use of case,group,community and other professional methods to provide professional services to drug addicts,provide support and help to drug addicts from individual physical and mental correction,family relationship repair and social support network construction,and promote drug addicts to achieve the goal of long-term maintenance of drug treatment ethics and integration into social life.It is found that the development of social rehabilitation services meets the multi-level needs of drug addicts to some extent,but in the process of intervention,social workers are difficult to stimulate drug addicts to change their motivation,social work professional level is uneven,highly dependent on government departments and supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect.In view of the problems existing in the process of social work intervention,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward under the guidance of professional theory,such as social workers to strengthen the personal support network,strengthen the anti-drug social work team,strengthen the cooperation mechanism of various action subjects,and perfect the supervision and evaluation system.
