Driven by the wave of informationization and the development of the Internet,countries around the world have begun to comprehensively promote the construction of e-government and have made great achievements.In order to comply with the trend and trend of the times,China has also actively participated in the construction of government information and e-government,which not only improved the level of government information,but also made important contributions to the development of social economy.Although China has achieved remarkable results in the construction of e-government,there are still some problems compared with some developed countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom,mainly in the following aspects: the standardization and standardization of website construction are low;the information is not released in time,and the update speed is Slowly,some government websites have insufficient development of online resources,government information release and resource sharing are insufficient;website interaction level is low,and user experience is poor.Therefore,designing a government portal that can satisfy users and make full use of government information resources has become an important part of the development of e-government.Information Architecture is a method of information organization whose main purpose is to make information clear,understandable and accessible.Through information construction,it can solve the information architecture problem of complex information collection under the network environment,so that users can easily obtain information and management information,and finally use the information conveniently and quickly.In addition,in the face of complicated and diverse forms of network information,users are easily lost,and the phenomenon of “information anxiety” is extremely serious.Therefore,the construction of websites requires information construction to help them acquire and manage information.This article has six parts: The first part is the introduction.It mainly summarizes the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the research summary at home and abroad,and the research content and research methods of this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis.A brief introduction to the basic theoretical knowledge of information construction,the role of information construction on the website,and the characteristics of government website information construction.The third part is to investigate the current situation of the websites of 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province.Investigate the construction of 17 prefecture-level government websites in Henan Province from the aspects of organizational system design,navigation system design,identification system design,and retrieval system design.The fourth part is the investigation of the third part.Analysis of the results.Based on the four elements of information construction,this paper analyzes the construction characteristics of government websites of 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province and the problems in various aspects.The fifth part proposes an optimization strategy for the fourth part of the problem,and proposes rationalization suggestions for the development of the prefecture-level city government website in Henan from the three aspects of website builders,information builders and website managers.The sixth part is the conclusion.Summarize the research ideas and future development directions and expectations.
