Commercial registration refers to the application that enterprises or individual submitted to the market supervision department for the establishment,alteration or cancellation of the commercial subjects.After the registration authority reviewing the various application materials that they submitted.it will give their market operation qualification according to law.The commercial registration system is the first threshold for commercial subjects to enter the market,and is also an important means of macroscopic readjustment and control that the state carries out.Since March 1,2014,the reform of the commercial system aimed at reducing market access criteria,stimulating market vitality and encouraging entrepreneurship has officially launched.On the basis of combing relevant literatures.based on his own work,the author selected the G area of N city as a research case,collected data on the results of the current G district commercial registration system,and respectively conducted questionnaire survey and structured interview on the two groups of the enterprise staff and business registration service personnel.Then obtained the satisfaction of the reform measures such as "subsciription registration" and "Change annual report to annual inspection".The results of the analysis showed that the company was satisfied with the current reform.Then we can come to the conclusion that the threshold for approval is lowered and the market vitality is stronger.In the interviews with the industrial and commercial registration personnel,the author learned from their perspectives how the business registration reform brought changes to their work,and sorted out some problems appeared in the reform,such as lack of legal basis and insufficient follow-up supervision,The author comprehensively applied the new public service theory and market access theory,used G-zone as the micro-evidence,proposed improvements for the commercial registration laws and regulations and improvements for the follow-up supervision mechanism for the further reform of the commercial system,hoping to provide reference for policy makers.
