Research On Improving Satisfaction With Commercial Registration Services In Yuechi County Under The Background Of Digital Government

With an overall view to modernizing China’s governance system and capacity,we should coordinate the development of digital government with the reform of delegating power,regulation and service,and foster a more efficient and convenient government service environment,which will help promote high-quality development of the business environment.Deepening the reform of "deregulation,regulation and services" and continuously improving the business environment are both intrinsic requirements for maintaining a stable economic market and important measures to stimulate the internal impetus of market entities.As the reform of "deregulation,regulation and service" continues to deepen,further relaxing market access will help market players compete fairly and stimulate market vitality.As the first step for investors and entrepreneurs to enter the market,commercial registration is the top priority of government service work,and its work requirements are constantly improving.Therefore,Exploring the improvement of satisfaction with commercial registration services in the context of digital government has become an important issue for the current commercial registration department.This paper takes Yuechi County’s commercial registration department as the research object,combines the new public service theory,process reengineering theory and digital governance theory,adopts the literature research method and the empirical research method respectively,and conducts a detailed exploration of Yuechi County’s commercial registration service satisfaction under the background of digital government.First of all,this paper analyzes the status quo of commercial registration service in Yuechi County,including three aspects: basic situation,working practice and effect;Secondly,empirical research was conducted in the form of questionnaire and outline interview to objectively evaluate the satisfaction of Yuechi County’s business registration service under the background of digital government.After reliability and validity test to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the questionnaire data,IPA analysis was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire,and the interview contents were sorted out.Then,the key issues affecting the satisfaction of Yuechi County’s business registration service under the background of digital government are put forward,including the poor experience of the network office platform,lack of service awareness,low efficiency,insufficient information disclosure,poor process operation,etc.,and the root causes of these problems are deeply analyzed.The reasons include unscientific platform planning and design,imperfect personnel management system,weak talent team construction,formalized information disclosure,and unsmooth working mechanism.Finally,through the preliminary discussion and analysis,feasible solutions are put forward one by one for the problems found,namely: optimize the information platform system construction,improve the personnel management system,strengthen the construction of talent team,strengthen the disclosure of commercial registration information,innovate the working mechanism five modules,a total of 15 specific measures.Although Yuechi County is a county-level city,it has always competed for excellence in optimizing the business environment.The number of enterprises is generally small,and the commercial registration service work is highly challenging and typical.This study on the improvement of satisfaction with commercial registration services in Yuechi County under the background of digital government can provide some reference for grassroots commercial registration departments in other regions to improve their commercial registration service work.
